Deliver expert-level support for a wide range of technologies used across Corporate Mine Operations, ensuring reliability, uptime, and seamless functionality in fast-paced operational environments.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic support for network infrastructure, data communication systems, mining technology platforms, reliability and monitoring systems, production systems, network clients, and 2-way radios.
Serve as a technical resource and mentor by guiding other technicians in effective problem resolution, troubleshooting methodologies, and repair procedures.
Support complex network and infrastructure components, ensuring optimal performance, security, and adherence to established standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure smooth operations within Command Center and Remote Operations settings.
Maintain detailed technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of operational procedures.
Requirements
Six (6) years of experience supporting and maintaining information system technologies AND Two (2) technical certifications relevant to the role;
OR Eight (8) years of experience supporting and maintaining information system technologies AND One (1) technical certification relevant to the role;
OR Ten (10) years of experience supporting and maintaining information system technologies.
Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or GED
Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field
Bachelor’s degree in MIS/IT or related discipline
CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification
Rajant, Cisco, or similar network certifications
