Role Overview
- Provides in person and virtual counseling for all participants
- Counsels participants on their pension plans, tax deferred annuities and other investment options
- Educates, recommends and facilitates new product purchases
- Interacts with retirement plan participants to provide exceptional customer service
- Utilizes knowledge of tax and investment strategies to inform financial advice
- Communicates internally with cross-business partnerships to implement TIAA products and services
- Develops and maintains strong relationship with Institutional Plan Sponsors
Requirements
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred Work Experience
- FINRA Registrations SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 63 Licenses and Certifications Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State)
- Multiple Issuers required within 120 Days
- Required: 3+ years financial services experience
- Preferred: 5+ years financial services experience
- Series 7 and Series 63 completed within 120 days of start date
