Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and remediation efforts for all IT business infrastructure systems
Plan, implement, and document systems and infrastructure solutions
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
Maintain the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability
Execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives

3+ years’ Experience in systems engineering and/or infrastructure administration or other related technical roles
Experience with enterprise-level systems and/or infrastructure management
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven track record of successful project completion and technical problem-solving
Experience with change management processes and compliance requirements preferred
Background in security implementations (MFA, encryption, compliance) highly valued
