Analysis of high-complexity strategic civil cases focused on the electric power sector;
Drafting pleadings and technical opinions with a focus on civil and administrative law;
Analyzing case law and applicable regulations, continuously updating legal strategies;
Preparing detailed analytical reports to support clients' strategic decisions;
Updating legal case management systems;
Client service;
Conducting hearings;
Interacting with local and superior courts (Supreme Federal Court
STF and Superior Court of Justice
STJ), delivering oral arguments, monitoring appeals, and preparing strategic defenses and challenges;
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective legal solutions.

Active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
Previous experience in strategic civil litigation with a focus on the electric power sector;
Prior experience in real estate litigation, especially land regularization, is desirable;
Intermediate knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Familiarity with legal case management systems.
