About this role

Use advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking to support members’ physical and behavioral health needs
Conduct in-depth evaluations using clinical tools and plan benefits
Develop strategies to reduce risk factors and manage complex clinical indicators
Perform crisis interventions, ensuring members are connected to appropriate treatment and receive timely follow-up

Master's Degree and Independently Licensed in Behavioral Health
3 years of post-master’s direct clinical experience in hospitals, ambulatory care, or outpatient facilities
3 years of experience with mental health and substance use disorders
Ability to type and talk simultaneously for at least 3 years
3 years of experience using Motivational Interviewing
Strong technological skills
An active, unrestricted independent behavioral health license (e.g., LCSW, LISW, LMSW, LCPC, LP, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent) based on state regulations
