Manage technical deployment and configuration of AET systems
Provide hands-on installation and database setup
Develop and implement custom integration code (e.g., Structured Query Language (SQL), C#, Python, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) language) to interface vendor software with customer systems
Design and build site-specific IT infrastructure and business logic on top of vendor platforms based on project definition and customer requirements
Evaluate site conditions and system performance to ensure solutions are reliable and maintainable prior to production handoff
Utilize software engineering principles to diagnose and resolve complex issues with customer system
Analyze system bottlenecks by troubleshooting network issues or database performance
Implement corrective actions and optimize performance
Create Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) for issue resolution and training
Apply clear communication to guide after-service technicians or customers toward a solution
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned projects
Translate customer requirements into actionable technical work plans and manage execution of plans
Coordinate logistics for technical components and provide both on-site and remote assistance during critical system launches
Use collaborative skills to interface between non-technical customers and internal engineering teams to ensure final deployed solution aligns with business requirements
Design and implement improvements to support processes.
Requirements
Less than 2 years related experience
Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering)
Proficient in a programming/scripting language (e.g. C Sharp (C#), Python)
Familiar with Windows/Linux Server environments, networking basics, and Structured Query Language (SQL)
Certification in cybersecurity or networking
Exposure to AGV, Warehouse Management System (WMS), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), or Manufacturing Execution System (MES) systems
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint) and remote support tools
Familiar with source control (e.g. Git) and DevOps culture
