Requirements
Senior-level experience as a graphic designer or digital artist.
Fashion or Industrial design experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing versatility, compositing skills, and consistent quality across a range of digital design work. (Avoid portfolios limited to one style or heavy in print/traditional design.)
Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Proven ability in character styling, lighting, effects, backgrounds, and mood/expressions.
Strong foundation in drawing, anatomy, perspective, and color theory.
Demonstrated skill in adapting to client/brand vision and iterating based on feedback.
Collaborative, low-ego approach with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Self-driven with strong organizational and time management abilities.
