Confirm orders for all product lines with sales team
Issue product purchase orders to vendors
Prepare and issue sales invoices for all product lines
Process vendor invoices using internal approval workflow
Communicate directly with vendors to resolve payment and other queries
Weekly preparation of payments to vendors
Processing employee expense claims with Concur and Business Central
Verification and reconciliation of credit card transactions
Monitor accounts receivable activities and follow up on past-due balances
Accurately apply incoming customer payments to accounts receivable
Provide other accounting support as required
Requirements
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong technical abilities with outstanding MS Excel skills
Knowledge of Business Central and Microsoft ERP is an asset
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Motivated individual with excellent people skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration and teamwork
