Role Overview
- Procure arcade cabinets, spare parts, consumables, and prize inventory
- Manage purchase orders end-to-end from supplier quote to delivery
- Maintain relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and fulfilment partners
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers
- Resolve procurement issues quickly and professionally
- Coordinate shipments between suppliers and ArcadeXR locations
- Manage sea freight, air freight, customs documentation, and insurance
- Work with logistics partners and freight forwarders to ensure smooth delivery
- Resolve procurement and logistics issues quickly
- Maintain and update prize listings on the platform
- Ensure competitive pricing while aligning with margin targets
- Monitor inventory availability across fulfilment partners
- Analyse prize economics and recommend improvements
- Identify opportunities to improve how prizes are sourced and fulfilled globally
- Explore new suppliers and fulfilment models to improve pricing, variety, and reach
- Evaluate commercial terms with fulfilment partners and negotiate improvements
- Develop systems and processes to track inventory, purchasing, and margins
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Experience working with international suppliers and freight partners
- Strong commercial instincts around pricing, margins, and supplier negotiation
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple vendors and shipments simultaneously
- Ability to improve systems and processes rather than just operate them
