Partnerships, internal/external partners, supports execution and delivery of integrated campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels
Manage delivery plans and stakeholder collaboration to ensure assets are in market on time and at the highest standard
Manage messaging rollout to key touch points
Write briefs and manage external agencies to deliver work on brief
Ideate creative solutions for tactical comms on our owned assets
Maintains partner and internal WIPs, project plans and budget reconciliation
Support event and trade show activity as required including invites, merchandise and collateral
Maintains core always-on collateral in conjunction with various business streams
Work with Head of Marketing
Partnerships to define campaign measures and creative best practice to achieve KPIs
Review competitive set and customer insights to respond to market opportunities
Collaborate on performance reporting with CRM team
Requirements
2-5 years in marketing, ideally agency side and experience working on regulated clients
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing – and how to make work that works for each of these channels
Brilliant organisation and time management skills with the proven ability to manage and deliver multiple campaigns or projects without sacrificing quality
You’re a great communicator – verbally and writing, and comfortable presenting to others
Excellent attention to detail and proficient with data manipulation
Highly collaborative, able to work across multiple, concurrent work streams
Experience working closely with media and creative agencies as well as multiple internal stakeholders
