Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
8+ years experience leading small to mid-sized teams
8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 8+ years supporting talent brand for a Healthcare organization or 8 or more years' experience implementing an Employment Branding Strategy
Proven track record of identifying, testing, and launching new programs
Proven experience devising integrated marketing plans that leverage the Paid-Owned-Earned-Shared media
Understanding of how to create an employment brand strategy that can also be localized CRM Strategy and implementation
