Role Overview
- executing payroll, time and benefits activities for Roche Pharma Spain
- managing the complete payroll process for 2,700 employees
- executing system data maintenance and administrative activities
- collaborating with finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues
- maintaining accurate payroll records and reports
- participating in project activities within People & Culture as required
Requirements
- professional experience (3-7 years) in Spanish Payroll and Benefits activities with end to end process experience
- advanced knowledge of Workday and SAP HR systems
- strong analytical ability
- excellent problem-solving mindset
- strong communication, prioritisation and problem-solving abilities
- advanced skills in Excel, pivot tables and vlookup
- fluent in English and Spanish
