Support the protection of colleagues, clients and organizational assets across all TD enterprise-wide locations
Implement plans, programs, procedures, and other support functions for Global Physical Security (GPS)
Execute security plans for special events, branch relocations, and facility emergencies
Provide data for use in threat and risk assessments and physical security surveys
Develop and maintain effective liaison relationships with law enforcement and intelligence agencies
Requirements
University degree or college diploma in security management, risk management or business administration
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a corporate or government security department
Professional designation in physical security (e.g. ASIS Physical Security Professional [PSP]) or Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (Level 1&2)
Professional designation in security management (e.g. ASIS Certified Protection Professional [CPP], CSIS Accredited Security Professional [ASP] or Certified Security Professional [CSP]) preferred
Solid foundational knowledge of physical security principles and incident management
Analytical ability to gather, assess, and present data from a physical security perspective
Operational knowledge of Criminal Code, Provincial Statutes, Provincial Fire and Building Codes
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, organization, leadership and planning skills
