About this role
Role Overview
Manage and grow key national Sportstyle accounts, delivering sales and profit targets
Lead seasonal sell-in processes, range presentations, and account planning
Develop and execute joint business plans with major retail partners
Analyse sales, margin, and performance data to identify growth opportunities
Drive in-store and online execution excellence to enhance consumer experience
Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and eCommerce teams
Lead trade marketing initiatives and tailored campaigns for key accounts
Build strong relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and key stakeholders
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in sales or national account management
Strong background in retail, lifestyle, outdoor, or footwear categories
Proven experience managing large national or “big box” accounts
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and drive insights
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
Solid understanding of omni-channel retail and eCommerce dynamics
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
