You will be managing a team of agents these are people who have partnered with ADT but not directly employed by them.
You will be responsible for the whole team to hit their sales number via effective coaching and field accompaniments.
You will be communicating with stakeholders around the business to develop interdepartmental relationships that will not only benefit the sales team but the business.
Sales reporting to your manager and updates on sales progress.
Using incentives and rewards to drive sales and hit the required sales numbers.
Introducing new ideas on how the team can grow Self-Generated sales.
Attending engineer huddles and meetings to grow collaboration
Training the agents staff on evolve, salesforce, products and sales.
Grow and increase sales month on month – year on year
Requirements
Need to be targets focused and have a strong winning mentality
Very passionate and interested in technology
Extensive experience in managing successful customer relationships
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and able to deal with people at all levels both in and outside the business
Happy to stay away as this is a UK based role with travel
