Design an engaging, future‑focused sustainability curriculum
Lead the creation of the Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner (ST0749) apprenticeship curriculum.
Develop clear, accessible learning content that brings ESG, ethical governance, sustainability strategy, environmental management, and stakeholder engagement to life.
Work with our Curriculum Innovation Manager and Digital Team to build high‑quality digital learning assets, case studies, and scenario‑based activities.
Ensure all materials reflect current legislation, industry standards, and emerging sustainability trends.
Facilitate online workshops and webinars that help learners apply sustainability concepts to real organisational challenges.
Create inclusive, psychologically safe learning environments that encourage reflection, systems thinking, and critical analysis.
Provide personalised one‑to‑one coaching that builds confidence, motivation, and professional identity as CR&S practitioners.
Develop individual learning plans that integrate on‑the‑job and off‑the‑job learning.
Monitor progress and ensure a high‑quality learner experience.
Collaborate and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
Occupational competence in Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability, ESG, or Responsible Business practice.
Qualified to the level of delivery (or able to demonstrate equivalent professional expertise).
Experience designing curriculum, training materials, or learning content.
Experience coaching or mentoring professionals, ideally including senior stakeholders.
Strong theoretical and practical understanding of: ESG frameworks and reporting, Sustainability strategy, Ethical governance, Stakeholder engagement, Behaviour change, Environmental and social impact, Environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001), Carbon reporting and Net Zero pathways (e.g., ISO 14064), Energy management (e.g., ISO 50001).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship‑building skills.
Minimum GCSE A*–C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
