Lead technical workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
Develop and maintain architectural standards, roadmaps, and documentation.
Provide guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending adoption where appropriate.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 2+ years in an architect role.
Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and APIs.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of the ITIL framework and processes.
Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide Script).
Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with the Field Service Management (FSM) module is a nice-to-have.
