Role Overview
- Developing and maintaining lasting and trusting business relationships with members and clients
- Listening to members’ and clients’ needs and providing advice tailored to their financial situation
- Recommending investments, loans, and insurance products
- Managing business relationships and assessing member/client satisfaction
- Staying up to date on the financial services industry, market trends, and best practices
- Participating in outreach activities and representing the caisse in the community
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
- Knowledge of French is required
- Awareness of current financial, economic, political, and legislative developments
- Debt management skills
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for the distribution of financial products and services
- Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives
