Supports the Ancillary Center of Excellence team by assisting with group quoting, RFP creation, CRM management, and additional administrative functions designed to improve workflows
Uses carrier and vendor quoting tools to complete and/or coordinate quotes and proposals for all new and renewal business
Manages and executes assigned department CRM workflows, including client data updates and broker/client documentation updates
Supports the development of requests for proposal through documentation management and departmental reporting support
May work with benefit communications and/or technology teams to confirm client data
Collaborates with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to execute project work
Requirements
2+ years’ applicable job experience, preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, required
Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm, preferred
Familiarity with insurance carrier websites, preferred
Proven track record in customer service; preferred
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
Familiarity with database applications, a plus
