Role Overview
- Oversee the selection process, including identifying and evaluating candidates
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network by anticipating their needs
- Develop a creative, proactive recruitment strategy to identify candidates
- Maintain excellent relationships and high satisfaction levels with clients and candidates
- Meet weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets
Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English
- Proficient with computer tools, including intermediate-level MS Office skills
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to execute recruitment strategies, including clearly articulating the RPO model and the client relationship
- Proven ability to successfully carry out all stages of the recruitment process
