Lead enterprise-wide launch initiatives (process, product, automation, environmental, quality) to achieve KPIs in safety, cost, timing, quality, and delivery
Drive adherence to D3 Glidepath methodologies and Clarios USCAN Operating System standards
Manage Red Flag escalation, proactively resolving issues that jeopardize scope, timing, or cost
Coordinate plant readiness activities including validation builds, DOE, PV, PSO, and run-at-rate events
Build and develop a high-performing team through servant leadership, succession planning, and collaboration across functions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent operations experience
Minimum 5 years leading and managing teams in engineering, operations, or program management
Proven success in managing multiple product development programs through launch with ownership of budget, cost, and timing
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
5+ years in program/project management leadership within automotive launch management (preferred)
Multi-functional experience across product design, validation, manufacturing engineering, and operations (preferred)
Experience negotiating complex matters and facilitating cross-functional project teams (preferred)
Willingness to travel 30–40%.
