Financial ownership for inventory-related costs, and sales trends, partnering with Planning & Inventory Management to drive accurate quarterly forecasting.
Extreme ownership of financial results driving the narrative of our cash flow performance via concise, effective and provocative presentations for monthly management meetings, performance scorecards, initiatives trackers, and profitability models.
Drive financial modeling for annual budgeting and long‑range strategic planning for areas of ownership.
Serve as the primary business partner to the leader of Planning & Inventory Management.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate month‑end results for CapEx and inventory‑related accounts.
Champion of continuous improvement leveraging financial acumen to perform ad hoc analytical support wherever necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or similar analytical functions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong Microsoft Office skills.
Experience with Hyperion and Essbase (or similar enterprise planning systems).
Must have proven financial analysis skills.
Demonstrated success in problem solving through use of data and information metrics and improvement to performance process required.
Ability to present to and support senior leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – able to communicate financial concepts to non‐financial audiences, business partners / budget owners.
