Analyzing customer usage data for Ryder's products to identify sales and expansion opportunities
Communicating with business stakeholders to understand Ryder's products
Coordinating with technical and IT teams to identify and evaluate previously untapped data sources
Developing plans for data ingestion utilizing IT resources
Ensuring that the ingested data meets the needs of the marketing team or recommends process improvements
Supporting the development of a deeper understanding of current and potential customers

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics or Computer Science
Master's degree in business administration (MBA) and/or master's degree
8 years or more in big-data data analyst in a Fortune 500 company or Management Consulting
8 years or more working experience with Excel, SQL, R/, SAS/other Statistical Packages
1 year or more in experience in transportation/logistics industry a plus
Customer experience insights methods, analytics, tools, and practices. Advanced
