Collaborate closely with expert engineers in the field of main converters to understand technical requirements
Collect, consolidate, and validate operational data from main converters and related systems
Prepare, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and performance indicators
Develop strategies and tools for automating data collection, processing, and visualization
Create dashboards and reports to present actionable insights to engineering and management teams
Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting activities through data-driven evaluations
Ensure data integrity and maintain high standards of quality and compliance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a comparable qualification
Solid understanding of power electronics and main converter technology; experience in wind energy is a strong advantage
At least 5 years of professional experience in electrical systems combined with data analysis or reporting tasks
Proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions, macros, pivot tables) and Power BI; knowledge of SQL and Python (or similar) for data processing is highly beneficial
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and stay focused on priorities, combined with excellent planning and organizational skills
Excellent communicator with fluent English skills, spoken and written; additional language skills are welcome
Familiarity with troubleshooting and root cause analysis would be advantageous
Willingness to travel occasionally for collaboration with engineering teams.
