Shape the product direction alongside the Product Manager and clients — especially as the regulatory landscape evolves fast.
Requirements
2-3 years in a Product Management, Product Owner or Business Analyst role, ideally in a technically complex product where domain understanding mattered.
Comfort with statistics and statistical modelling.
Strong communication skills
you can explain complex ideas simply, whether to a data scientist or a CHRO.
Client-facing experience and the confidence to manage stakeholder expectations.
Bonus points: Experience in HR Tech
especially compensation, analytics, or pay equity. A quantitative degree or background (statistics, economics, computer science, engineering). Deep understanding of regression modelling: assumptions, diagnostics, coefficient interpretation. Consulting or advisory background translating analytical work into client deliverables.
