Role Overview
- Contribute to the preparation and analysis of accounting documents using automation tools.
- Help business leaders manage cash flow, margins, and growth.
- Use and improve our internal tools (automation, AI, dashboards).
- Co-create solutions to streamline production and workflows.
- Participate in the continuous optimization of our fully online accounting processes.
- Test new technologies and propose ideas to drive innovation.
- Help our clients transition to fully digital management.
- Become their primary point of contact for financial management and guidance.
- Contribute to client satisfaction and the firm's growth.
- Participate in internal training (tools, automation, best practices).
- Proactively propose product and process improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in accounting/finance (Bachelor, DSCG, Master CCA, or equivalent)
- 3 to 8 years' experience in an accounting firm
- Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
- Strong interest in digital tools and data analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
- Ability to explain financial topics clearly to non-financial leaders.
