Role Overview
- Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and the service and repair of complex systems and equipment
- Work closely with the customer to develop leading-edge processes for manufacturing advanced semiconductor chips
- Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE)
- Troubleshoot complex problems; perform multiple root cause analysis; and resolve a variety of difficult process engineering issues
- Communicate with both internal stakeholders and the customer to achieve goals
Requirements
- Master’s degree in chemistry/physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering or technical support (New Graduates are also welcome)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience in process development or equipment troubleshooting
- Familiar with Applied Materials' platforms is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English (TOEIC Certification 550+ required) and Mandarin
