Role Overview
- Visit elderly clients in their own homes and provide practical advice, services, and solutions.
- Support the physical, functional and cognitive abilities of clients.
- Provide a wide variety of services, including ADL assessments and equipment prescriptions.
- Develop care plans and solutions tailored to each client’s individual needs.
Requirements
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Genuine interest in working in the community and with the aged population.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Current, full Australian driver's license.
- Full time permanent or part time permanent availability.
