About this role

Provide nutrition recommendations and support to customers during and after product sales
Consult directly with dairy farmers and their employees to stay ahead of technology and business practices
Set performance goals that align with the territory and dairy leadership team objectives
Improve product performance by providing in depth nutrition advice and training to customers and prospects
Monitor and measure the monthly performance of the objectives versus budget and implement actions to reach them
Collaborate with market development on activities including development and delivery of product demonstrations, sales offers and presentations

Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience in sales or business development
Dairy, feed, animal nutrition and health industry experience
Able and willing to travel up to 50% to visit dairy farms daily
Valid driver’s license in good standing
