Ensure high availability, performance and security of services, even during high-traffic periods
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, automation and infrastructure as code
Deploy, operate and scale containerized workloads (Kubernetes or similar)
Implement monitoring, logging and alerting to provide teams with actionable insights
Collaborate with domain teams to reduce delivery friction and enable self-service
Advocate for shared ownership, excellent developer experience and continuous improvement
Participate in on-call rotations for incident management.

Strong experience with cloud and on-premises infrastructure, CI/CD, automation and containerization
Solid understanding of system reliability, performance, security and scalability
Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and commitment
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
