Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS services (S3, EC2, Load Balancing and DynamoDB).
Implementation of backlog items according to project quality standards.
Build, deploy, and maintain backend services using Java (Quarkus) and Python.
Responsibility for estimations, code reviews, documentation, and presentation of results.
Ensure system scalability, performance, and high availability across distributed systems.
Balancing development, bug fixing, and refinement to achieve Zero Defects, Zero Spillover, and Zero Pull.
Active support of user story refinement together with Business Analysts.
Participation in operational duties as Agent on Duty and Agent on Call, handling tickets within contractual SLAs are mandatory.
Contribute to continuous improvement of system architecture and DevOps practice.

4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong hands‑on experience with AWS, especially S3, EC2, Load Balancing and DynamoDB.
Proficiency in backend development using Java (preferably Quarkus) and Python.
Experience with cloud‑native architectures, unit testing, and code quality standards.
Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
Good understanding of non‑functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross‑functional teams.
Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and ability to raise and address technical challenges.
High level of self‑organization, ownership, and continuous learning attitude.
Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected.
