Role Overview
- Support portfolio companies at key moments
- Develop core launch materials for companies
- Create and manage collateral such as social content and web copy
- Build and maintain a trusted bench of creative vendors and freelancers
- Track performance across launches and campaigns
- Own and manage content for Playground’s owned channels
- Identify and engage with influential voices across the deep tech ecosystem
- Support content and storytelling around firm-led programming and events
- Elevate GP visibility through thoughtful content
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or media
- Exceptional writing and editorial instincts
- Strong project management skills
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leaders
- Fluent across modern storytelling platforms and media landscapes
- Curious, proactive, and technically literate
