About this role
Role Overview
- Develop, scale, and maintain high-performance systems
- Collaborate with architects and product managers to define technical requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs
- Ensure strict application of development best practices
- Implement messaging solutions and asynchronous communication
- Support DevOps tasks, such as configuring and maintaining PostgreSQL database schemas
- Contribute to the team's technical growth through code reviews
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend software development
- Proven experience with microservices architectures and distributed systems
- Strong expertise in Java (experience with Quarkus is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or other messaging brokers
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Deep knowledge of design patterns and scalable software architecture
- Cloud experience (preferably OCI or similar such as AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub Actions for deployment automation
- Knowledge of Keycloak for identity and access management
- Proficiency in Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Practice with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito, RestAssured)
