Role Overview
- Telephone support for prospects using a call script

Requirements
- You work reliably, punctually and with discipline
- You are comfortable with clearly structured processes
- You communicate pleasantly and reliably — by phone and in writing
- You follow instructions precisely and document your work conscientiously
- Experience in sales, consulting or customer service is a plus — not required
