About this role
Role Overview
Manage sales activities, oversee key accounts, and continuously pursue new business opportunities.
Engage and build strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders.
Represent and communicate our company vision to the market.
Expand your network and generate new leads across your territory.
Visit existing customer hospitals to grow the product portfolio at those sites.
Onboard new customers, support them in adopting our innovations, and manage accounts long-term to drive business development.
Develop creative mid
and long-term sales strategies aligned with Mint Medical’s corporate goals.
Collect accurate forecasts and relevant data to support budget planning.
Maintain a complete and consistent customer database for your assigned region.
Attend national and international meetings and symposia to represent Mint Medical.
Requirements
BA/BS degree and/or experience in sales or account management (preferably in software sales)
Strong presentation skills
High level of enthusiasm
Willingness to learn and grow
Strong organizational and negotiation skills
Deep sense of commitment and initiative
Personable, engaging demeanor
Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe (approx. 60%)
