Develop and support automated test solutions for next-generation client optical transceivers and sub-assemblies.
Implement and validate automated optical test setups for client optics modules using Python or similar languages.
Integrate and program electronic/optical test equipment such as Source Meters (Keithley, Keysight), optical power meters, Bit Error Rate Testers (BERTs), and DCA.
Develop data acquisition and analysis scripts/tools to process large datasets, generate yield reports, and drive root-cause investigations.
Deploy and troubleshoot test solutions on manufacturing lines. Provide training and documentation for production teams.
Work with design, firmware, and reliability engineers to define test requirements, acceptance criteria, and FA (Failure Analysis) procedures.
Identify gaps in test coverage and proactively propose enhancements to test methodologies, automation, and process efficiency.
