Drive the development and implementation of product management strategies and processes
Manage and continuously improve the product and portfolio lifecycle
Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects , especially at key interfaces between product management, procurement, and other departments
Analyze, design, and optimize business processes , including the introduction of new process frameworks
Collaborate closely with internal and international stakeholders to ensure efficient and scalable operations
Support the strategic development of the product area , aligning with market trends and business objectives
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a comparable field
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a B2B or retail environment
Solid understanding of category management and procurement processes, combined with hands-on experience using project management methodologies
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, paired with analytical and strategic thinking, assertiveness, and a structured problem-solving approach
Fluent in English; German is a strong asset
