Champion customer retention and platform adoption through proactive engagement and recovery plans for at-risk accounts.
Mentor Project Managers informally and share best practices across the team.
Lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of onboarding methodologies.
Ensure all project deliverables meet high standards of quality and align with organizational goals.
Collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support internal and external requests.
Track, analyze, and report on operational metrics and project outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on SaaS or public sector projects
Proven success managing enterprise-level projects and leading cross-functional teams
Advanced proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Cloud Coach)
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly analytical and data-driven
Ability to travel up to 25%
PMP certification preferred or actively pursuing
Experience with grants management systems, public finance technology, or SaaS platforms
Familiarity with technical integrations and requirements management
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled facilitator
Team-oriented and comfortable giving and receiving feedback
Adaptable and capable of thriving in ambiguity
Additional certifications (Agile, Six Sigma) are nice to have
