About this role
Role Overview
Provide information and administrative support to the Sales department
Resolve policyholder issues
Improve the department's customer service efficiency
Assist in managing brokers and representatives
Handle daily correspondence
Request reports on behalf of brokers
Initiate communications and ensure necessary follow-ups
Enter, audit and update policy information
Respond to administrative requests
Respond to incoming phone calls and emails
Make outbound phone calls or send emails
Requirements
High school diploma
Minimum of one year of experience in the insurance industry or a related field is an asset
Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills
Telemarketing experience is an asset
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Initiative and self-motivation are essential
