Apply analytics to assess space-to-sales, incrementality, cannibalization, and GMROI impact
Document user stories, product requirements, and design specifications, and be comfortable with presenting ideas as low-fidelity wireframes.
Collaborate with business and technical teams, translating client needs into features and structured analytical approaches, identifying possible solutions, and defining project requirements
Exposure to Statistical Modelling in building Recommender engine, Optimization, Regression, Bayesian, and time series models on cloud
Present actionable recommendations to category and commercial stakeholders
Requirements
10–12 years in Retail / CPG / Consulting with 2-3 years of exposure of working in Space to Sales Optimization
Hands-on exposure to planogram tools (e.g., Blue Yonder/JDA, Nielsen Spaceman, etc.)
Strong analytical skills
Experience working with store-level data and cluster-based assortment design
Ability to interpret model outputs and link them to commercial decisions
Good to have exposure to other commercial analytics AI applications (Perfect Store, Smart Ordering, Agentic AI Sales Coach)
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Master’s in business with specific focus in AI, Operation research or a related discipline
