Staff Product Designer

Role Overview

• Design products and features that break down hard security and IT problems into intuitive, beautiful user experiences.
• Run projects end to end from outlining the product strategy, to creating design explorations, mocking up polished final designs, and working with engineers to drive your vision to the ship line.
• Prototype your designs and run user testing, working closely with our design partners and users to design the right thing.
• Identify friction and gaps in our UX to propose and execute redesigns or refreshes to improve the user-friendliness of our platform.
• Partner with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand what each of our user personas need. Use insights to prioritize our product roadmap, and tell effective user stories in our marketing channels.

Requirements

• You have 5-7+ years of experience designing enterprise products and running projects independently end to end.
• You are excited to understand complex technical problems, translate them to user stories, and tackle them with a user-centric design process.
• You are not attached to any precedents and are willing to iterate, adapt, or even overhaul existing flows.
