Role Overview
- Deploy, manage and scale AI systems
- Support model activity and deployment infrastructure in cloud environments
- Design and implement end-to-end Generative AI solutions
- Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Develop and optimize prompting strategies
- Customize and fine-tune foundation models
- Establish and maintain rigorous model evaluation frameworks
- Implement comprehensive observability and monitoring systems
- Design and deploy production-grade AI agents
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
- Proven hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face)
- Knowledge of model evaluation methodologies
- Experience with fine-tuning techniques such as SFT, RLHF, LoRA, and QLoRA
- Familiarity with low-code AI agent platforms
- Experience working within cloud environments
