Work on organizational design and job classification issues
Manage the HR function’s organization and performance
Focus on talent and human resources development
Contribute to digital HR initiatives
Lead project management and planning activities
Participate in firm-wide internal initiatives to support development and visibility
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or in projects with a Human Resources department
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Project Management, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
Excellent listening, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Project is an asset
Fluency in French and English is required
Familiarity with various project management methodologies, processes and tools
