About this role

Manage complex database systems in production.
Execute performance tuning, automation, and database lifecycle management tasks.
Ensure database integrity, security, and performance across test, corporate, and production environments.

6+ years of database administration in a 24x7x365 environment.
Strong knowledge of OLTP systems, Database Administration, Data Warehousing, backup/recovery, and database replication.
Experience with database lifecycle management, automation, and performance optimization.
Proficiency with Oracle RDBMS, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and cloud-native databases such as Snowflake or Redshift.
Hands-on experience with Goldengate Replication.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet) and automation frameworks.
Experience with AWS database services (RDS, Aurora) is preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and coordinate with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
