Independent US IPOs Analyst

Role Overview

• Build ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings
• Data-driven methodology to score and rank deals
• Provide high-touch service for select institutional clients covering pre-deal and post-deal analysis

Requirements

• Extensive research and/or investment experience for institutional clients (5 yrs+)
• Demonstrated experience and network within US equity capital markets
• Demonstrated ability to write research
