Engineer product data for cabinets, fixtures, closets, office furniture, and related solutions.
Integrate hardware according to manufacturer specifications.
Develop rendered help images and documentation to support client usability.
Write and execute structured test scripts.
Identify data or software improvement opportunities.
Troubleshoot issues related to library functionality and manufacturing outputs.
Partner with Software Developers and Product teams to enhance system capabilities.
Collaborate with technicians and service providers to resolve data-related issues.
Participate in Agile development workflows and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop help documentation, videos, and live training materials.
Support internal and external stakeholders with best practices.
Act as a subject matter expert in product engineering and library architecture.

2+ years of relevant experience in product engineering, CAD/CAM, or manufacturing technology.
1+ years of experience with AutoCAD and Microvellum software
Strong understanding of woodworking manufacturing processes and cabinet construction.
Proficiency with Excel formulas and structured workbook logic.
Working knowledge of geometry, trigonometry, and mathematical modeling principles.
Familiarity with Agile development practices.
Knowledge of Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) preferred.
Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance best practices (where applicable to role scope).
