Role Overview
- Lead 2–4 software engineering teams, ensuring they are healthy and focused
- Coach and grow engineers, maintain a high bar for technical and delivery practices
- Ensure teams deliver predictably and sustainably, using data-driven metrics
- Identify and resolve systemic blockers, dependencies, and process inefficiencies
- Collaborate with Tech Leads and Product Managers to balance delivery and quality
- Champion INNERGY’s core values and create a culture of psychological safety
- Contribute to evolving INNERGY’s engineering culture and management practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years in an engineering management or team leadership role
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams or work streams simultaneously
- Experience partnering closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads
- Familiarity with agile and continuous delivery practices
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- Comfortable managing remote teams
- Nice to have: Experience in 2D/3D graphics, visualization, or CAD/CAM systems
- Nice to have: Experience using delivery intelligence tools
