Lead business development efforts across the Netherlands
Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and grow the Netherlands market
Identify new opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets
Engage with executives and share return on investment analysis
Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives, key stakeholders, and payor organizations
Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning solutions to their business objectives
Close large-scale deals (greater than $500K) and ensure sustainable revenue growth
Drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
Build Spencer Health Solutions’ presence in the Netherlands by establishing partnerships with key players in the healthcare sector
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
Work with Global team in a collaborative and supportive manner
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver client-centric solutions
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management

Proven success in sales leadership roles within medical technology or technology scaling
Experience building and managing relationships with C-level executives
Expertise in quantitative selling and strategic account management
Familiarity with payor relations and reimbursement landscapes in healthcare
Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals (greater than $500K)
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
