Project Manager – SaaS, E-Commerce Platforms

Role Overview

• Lead and independently manage complex replatforming projects
• Manage system integrators and external partners to meet SCAYLE standards
• Ensure connectivity and the operation of customer environments run smoothly after go-live
• Own the project lifecycle from planning to rollout, including budget and resource management
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and expectations
• Maintain transparent communication, progress tracking, and documentation throughout projects
• Apply agile methodologies to support timely decision-making and efficient delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally in e-commerce or SaaS
• Proven experience managing enterprise customers and external service providers
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Solid understanding of e-commerce architectures, APIs, and MACH principles
• Experience with complex platform migrations or replatforming projects; project management certifications are a plus
