About this role

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Siemens ALM (Polarion)
Manage and mentor a team of solution architects, developers, and integration specialists.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define solution architecture and implementation roadmaps.
Drive solution design, architecture reviews, and technical governance.
Ensure quality assurance, risk management, and compliance with Siemens standards.
Ensure seamless integration between PLM, ALM and MES systems to support digital thread and digital twin strategies.
Oversee project planning, technical governance, and quality assurance.
Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and customer presentations.
Stay updated on Siemens software innovations and industry best practices.
Coordinate with global delivery teams and manage vendor/partner relationships.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years of experience in ALM tools especially strong experience in Polarion, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
Deep expertise in Siemens Polarion, Teamcenter platforms.
Strong understanding of ALM, product development lifecycle, and digital transformation.
Experience with system integration
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
